The team at Rick's consist of six arborist who have a hard work ethic, love of arboriculture, and a good attitude.

Company Requirements

• Drug Free
• Have a positive attitude, respect others and their property
• Love for outdoors, nature, and arboriculture
• Be willing to learn new techniques and follow procedure
• Understand the standard put forth in the ANSI 133.I and ANSI 300 industry standards
• Be able to lift and carry without restrictions
• Carry a valid PA drivers license (Commercial Drivers License a plus)
• Must be able to or capable of operating heavy equipment
